Pioneering Work

Since its inception, Lazarus Consulting Group, Inc. has taken a practitioner-scientist approach to organization development and change. While our consultants are knowledgeable in organization development theory and stay abreast of the latest research finding, our interventions are client driven rather than theory driven. This means that we combine our theoretical knowledge with a thorough understanding of the people and business directives of each client and, in collaboration with the client, develop a change strategy and set of interventions designed to specifically address each client's needs.

Our efforts as practitioners striving to find interventions that will actually work with real people in real businesses have lead us to many understandings, models, and ways of doing things that are unique in the organization development field. We are proud of our reputation as proactive and cutting edge and of our ability to look beyond the popular consulting practices of the day to more innovative approaches for our clients.
