For over ten years, Lazarus has been involved almost exclusively in pioneering new ways of doing things, primarily within the service and knowledge work industries. Very early in our practice we discovered that applying traditional business solutions to the very new and complex problems that we saw emerging, particularly in our knowledge work client organizations, produced significantly less than acceptable results.

Consequently, we began working in partnership with our clients to pioneer new ways of doing things. This has become a way of life at Lazarus. For us, this practice philosophy has meant innovative thinking and much hard work. This journey has led us to completely new philosophies about the purpose of business, about leadership, management, problem solving, and change. Our journey has resulted in many new paradigms about how people can work together and work can be accomplished.

Although we did not do it lightly, laying aside traditional solutions freed us and our clients to work creatively with each other to solve each client's problems and to challenge and stretch ourselves in ways not possible with a traditional consulting approach. In addition to the discovery, development, and implementation of numerous new models, methods, and practices, our work has also led us to develop extensive educational materials.

Our approach of "new" rather than "me too" solutions has become the hallmark of our work and has gained us recognition in the field of Organizational Development. We work best with clients who advocate innovation and who embrace new ideas.

We are a small organization and may be an unknown to you at this point. We would, however, like to share with you some of our work so that you might have a basis on which to consider us for involvement with your organization.
